I get it now Doug, and If I'm really getting it, I'd say I've seen this
elsewhere, correct ? Like some of those "daisychain" drivers that run on
Cat5 or something ? As I recall, I remember always noticing that the
fellows selling them were not supplying and CNC type software. So I
always looked away. I can see and understand what you mean though now,
and yes, it would appear that it would be a benefit to design around that.

In regards timing issue, Did you know that some MicroK drives need 60uS
for Dir change ? One could almost take nap in there somewhere !

Makes for a slow flatbed Router! But in Fairness, not so bad for a
Sherline Mill though.......
