Deskcnc free boards

Just received approval today to offer free controller boards with
DeskCNC sales through the end of the month.

These will drive Xylotex, Gecko, or similar step and direction
drivers, via a Serial or USB interface on a Windows OS computer. The
board includes 3 axis step and direction, and connections for limit
switches, e-stop, feed hold, probe, and control lines for coolant and
spindle rotation relays, and a PWM output for spindle speed.
