Hi Bill,
My current parallel breakout card has a simple design that uses the
541 buffer chip for the relays. Since it is a CMOS device, I would
think it might be workable.
I'll check to see what frequency it can handle for the steppers
signals and what voltage range it can accept.
How soon do you think your are looking for a solution ? This is of
interest to me as well as I am looking for a simplier box for my unit
and I have an old 286 laptop.
