Bernard,

Yes I've spent quite a time today chasing a load of them, and the
cheapest I can find is £69 plus vat (= £81.01) - considering that the
VFD is only just over £100 (0.37Kw) it seems a ridiculous amount to
pay.

I'm now wondering if putting an extra parallel port card in, and
making a ladder network d to a converter to give me 0 to 10v control
may be the way to go.
