Series 2 tool change - Was Pneumatics on my spindle question

Put a power drawbar on and change the tools manually. It is as fast
as most automatic tool changers. I had my series 2 spindle gun
drilled and build my own power drawbar. Trust me, it's fast.

You are lucky, most Bridgeport CNC don't have a hole thru the spindle.

For a tool change just Z up, pause the progam, swap tools. I can do
it in less than 5 seconds. Yea, you have to "Be There" but where
else are you going to be but "In the Shop?"

Throw that spindle wizard in the trash or sell it on Ebay. It is not
CNC. You have G43 tool lenght offset, you don't need it.
