It is based upon Visual Mill 4.0 code.

Not sure if there are enough takers, but I would be willing to offer a
CCED group buy deal if there are a minimum of 5 takers. This would be a
one time deal and the price would be $475.00 plus shipping. Anyone
interested needs to contact me by Wednesday 3/5/03 evening. I will then
be able to tell all those that replied if we have enough to do the deal.
If it is a go you can pay me by PayPal, MasterCard or Visa and I will
need to have the payment in hand by Sunday 3/9/03. The product will be
ordered on Monday the 10th and will be shipped to you the day following

You can also get full credit on upgrading to the full version of Visual
Mill if you decide to upgrade. Here is the notice I was given on it:
New users buying VisualMill Basic for $550.00 on special will get full
credit towards full version VisualMill 4.0. Since the customer will
already have VM Basic (same manual/hw lock and box), we will only
release a new access codes to activate all the additional features found
in VM 4.0. The VM Basic customer must be registered on our web page to
qualify.

Just a note, Bob was not the only one that Mecsoft consulted when they
were considering offering this product.
