RE: [CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO] USB 2.0 CNC control and high speed stepper driver

Hi Jon -

No idea about the cost. I considered calling them, but I've gone
off on too many tangents recently, and need to get some work done!
Is anyone familiar with the gantry machine they show? It says
"Stolle" on the base casting, but I couldn't find any info about
CNC machines on their website.

Very impressive! But, I suspect they need special motors to get
this
performance.
I doubt you could get this with standard steppers, although the
120 V
supply will
help speeds a bit. The motors will likely run REAL hot when
running, though.

Any idea what all this costs? They don't seem to say anything
about that!
