Evidently the parallel port can spit out some stuff at startup
because Art Fenerty put a 12.5 KHz "I am running properly" output
into his Mach1 program. I believe the intention is to have a relay
in the E-Stop circuit that is only closed if that signal is present.
A simple circuit to detect the signal and run the relay is required.
