If you are looking to build your own take a look at

guy is milling aluminum with his design.
As far as post processing any Cam program that is 5 axis capable will
do.I have a 1.3 meg mpg of a hexapod in action that will blow you
away. The site it came from no longer has it there. Can e-mail it to
those who would like to watch it

For those who don't know me, I'm the one who posted "poor man's router"
Now that I'm done with it, I am working on a hexapod design. With only
$900.00 invested in hardware on this gantry style router,.. I hope to
come close to this with the hexapod. Hopfully in the next 60 days I
could do a white paper for those that are interested in plans. I have
no desire to sell any plans as such, but will upload a how to,for the
taking, to the forum files . I had hoped for a better response to the
posts though,...
