servo amp repair

I am in need of some help. I have a Hurco KM3 mill with CMC servo
amp. I had one of the driver boards quit, found a bad transistor on
the board. Here is the glitch,the transistors say Allen Bradly #
245D00031E and PLC Transistors # 245D0031E, I've done all kind of
searches and call several companies to see if they had a clue as to
what these are, no luck. The specs for this amp:12amps 90V 20amp max.
The best that CMC could tell me from there archives is the closest
they could tell would be an MJ10021; 60amp 250v. I figured of course
this would work, it's the highest rated transistor , kind of sounds
like killing a knat with a sleghammer. But I would like to use a
comparable transistor or at least one that doesn't cost so much if it
isn't needed.
