Poor Man's Router Yet Again!

Once more I have uploaded a couple of picts labeled MAR15# showing
rudder cores being milled for Navy wet subs. These are at
http://photos.groups.yahoo.com/group/CAD_CAM_EMC/lst.
For those who were interested in this router may be happy to know that
the design is robust enough to cut alum. We broke a couple of bits in
the process. I would not of tried it, but a friend of mine needed a
bracket in the worst way so what the heck. As soon as I can I'll post
the DWG files detailing what is needed to build this router. Also I
will update the 3D cad files.
