Here the info in a few hours, not days,

A = Green/Yellow A = "A" Channel Square Wave
B = Pink/Red B = "B" Channel Square Wave
C = Black C = +5 Volts
D = White D = Zero Volts
E = Screen Cable Ground E = Ground
F = Grey/Brown F = Marker Pulse Channel

This is out if the Anilam book.
