Waste of time most likely. My guess is that your problem is the running
torque is too low due to the low voltage. The only way the larger cap
would help is if your voltage is sagging under load. If the voltage at
the current 15,000 uf cap is steady at or about 36 V then a larger cap
will give you nothing. I think you need to figure out how to make the
design allow more than 36 V.
