Your lucky day-these are the exact amps that I am using.
Lay the board heat sink side down with the connectors on the right and top.
J1 is top right, pin 1 on the right end. 1=nc, 2=command signal +/- 10v,
3=tach feedback, 4=common.
J2 no connections.
J3 pin 1 at bottom, 1=+15v, 2=0v, 3=-15v.
J4 pin 1 at bottom, 1&2=DC buss+(108 volts for mine), 3=nc, 4&5=DC buss-,
6=nc, 7&8=motor-, 9=nc, 10&11=motor+.
The +/-15 volts comes from a little +/- 15 volt power supply.
These connections are what I figured out when I did this retrofit, I don't
have any additional info. There may be features that I am not using, but
it's worked well for 3 or 4 years. If you come up with more info on these,
please pass it along.
