40 lbs! That's a lot.

Using one on each side of the router head
(which you need to do anyway)
will balance out to almost zero.

On my mill, the X axis I'll be using 4 pcs. of
telescoping tubing. I have room for the collapsed
tubes. The Y axis... no such luck.
