I just bought a new Celeron 1.8G with 256M Ram from Dell for $499. That included shipping, 17" monitor and Lexmark printer. It will be a dedicated shop machine running Mach1/Mach2.
There were some good deals on refurished machines but they did not include monitor. By the time I bought a nice monitor, I was better of buying a new system.
