Most people that say "Windows can't do this or that" either have no
experience doing low level programming in Windows or they have only
experienced user mode programs trying to do real time control. Just like in
the DOS days, those of us who were writing TSR's and DOS device drivers for
real time functions made our PC's do things the average Turbo C programmer
just had no idea how to do so they said it couldn't be done too!
