I think there might be some confusion here iges is a surfaces format not
solids, If you're using Solid Works then you'll want to export as an x_t
to maintain your model as a solid.
There won't be any converters from iges to Gcode as they aren't the same
thing. You'll require a CAM program that will import your solid
model...Mastercam, Gibbs etc. (not cheap)and then create toolpaths, then
post that to create Gcode (usually machine specific)
or
if you export your file as in iges it will be surfaces but there may be some
more affordable CAM software which will import it and create your toolpath
