Yes, that's right. Servo motors have 2 ratings, a continuous and a
peak. The
continuous rating can be delivered at stall indefinitely. The peak is
often MANY
times higher, and can be delivered for a few seconds at a time, and only
so many
times an hour (not given in that particular spec).
