Dave, Ian, and other EMC folk

I just posted a TclTk script to the dropbox and to emc@... based on
Fred's code. It watches the parport and reports status of the pins. You
may have to fix it so it finds iosh. (line 3 plat/????/bin/iosh)

We should be able to build a pin exerciser (run at your own risk) as well.
