Mach1Mach2 parallel port pinouts

Hi,
I've been thinking of using Mach1 or 2 and was wondering
if anyone had a pinout of the 1st and 2nd parallel port use for it.
Something like the famous "simple stepper diagram" for EMC would be
useful too.
