Cutting Delrin

I got a CNC mill (Taig) a couple of months ago, and am trying to make
faster, better quality Delrin parts on it. Most parts are less than
100mm by 50mm by 25mm.
What strategies are people using for cutting Delrin?
How many passes with what kinds of tools?
Feed rates?
Number of Flutes?
Ball end or Flat end mill?
RPM?
I've cut parts with a 1/8 inch ball endmill, and then made finishing
passes with smaller endmills in the areas of detail. The problem is
that the radiuses left by the ball end mill are pretty large (in the
corners of the part). I was thinking it may be better to use a flat
endmill at first, instead of a ball end, but does the finish look
worse? I don't have 1/8 inch flat endmill yet.
