hi all
thanks for all replies...
i will try to upload some pics tomorrow that shows what im looking
for. i make kitchen and bathroom-tops in naturalstone, granite,
marble, limestone etc.
my homemade router does all cutting/milling, edgeprofiling,
edgepolishing etc. real nice. routing out a sinkhole is pretty
simple, 5 minutes to cad-draw the sink, 1 min. to generate the gcode
(flashcut dxf import feature) and another 1-2 min to clamp the
stoneslab, position the tool and hit the startkey. the following
inside edgepolishing of the sinkhole is a little more tricky, since
these tools must enter the surface/edge very smooth to avoid marks
and prevent gouging, so i have to make a completely new program with
small ramp-in/ramp-out arcs. can a cam add these ramps
automatically?
