Some more details on the 4th and 5th axes;
I used two globe 409a582 turntable assemblies which came from ebay,
there's a picture of one here;
http://www.allelectronics.com/pdf/gearmotor.pdf

I replaced the brakes with encoders and am running them with Gecko
340s using differential drivers / receivers due to the cable length.
Don't know how they'll fair in full production, as the backlash is
quite high.
On my 5-axis Taig I used a Sherline CNC-ready rotary table for the B-
axis but they're a bit heavy for the router.
If anyone has a better idea for the rotary axes then I'd be
interested in them. The other rotary positioners I looked at were
very expensive.

As has been pointed out, commercial 5-axis CAM software is very
expensive so I wrote a plugin script for 3DS MAX.

Rab
