The centre tap is connected to mains earth so you can use the transformer
without any mods whatsoever. Use a 2 diode full wave rectifier with mains
earth as the common.
From the OUTPUTS of the transformer:
L----|>|-------------------DC positive
|
N---|>|------------
E-------------------------DC negative
The diodes need to be rated for at least 300V and 1.5x the output current.
The output voltage will be about 80V on load and at a guess about 90V off
load. Can your drives handle this?
DISCLAIMER: I have not done this myself. Check the site transformer is not
an autotransformer type (it shouldn't be).
