There is a yahoo group devoted to homemade pc boards, you might want
to peruse the archives.

The short answers, to the limit of what I remember, are as follows:
cutter life is only a few hundred inches, you want to run it as fast
as possible, and you will probably have to run your feed speed lots
slower at a lower spindle RPM.

I would suggest an "area" approach to making the PC boards.
