I am a dealer so I am likely biased, but the image to g-code in DeskCNC
does a very good job and give you the choice of outline cutting or
height map. You can download a 30 day full featured demo at
www.DeskCNC.com While I have them available I am also offering the
controller board free with a DeskCNC license purchased through me. Offer
ends when I run out.
