I am using this very power supply and can vouch for its DC stability under a
load. It has very little ripple and it does supply the Amperage it says it
does. Although with power off the caps hold enormous charge that would need
to be quickly bled-off or risk of circuit damage could result. I'm sure the
Relay/Load current dump circuit PDF in our files section would take care of
it.

It is quite expensive for surplus though. $190 is way to much to get it for
since I aquired one at a surplus store for $45.00 a few months ago. If you
are far away from any Surplus store it might be an ok investment, I guess...
But it is also about 50lbs so your gonna get raked for Shipping also..
