If you have more time than money, considder a rough mill kit from
Homier.

For $199.00 at a road show, you can get a drill/mill, not a knee mill
that can be turned into a nice machine. at 200 pounds it can sit on
a bench.

for $599.00 and weighing in at 600 pounds (seems they sell tool by
the pound) they offer a Rong-Fu knock-off mill. Again not a knee and
it needs a good once over to get it to work.

I have heard them called a 'kit'

alternativly, if you scour your area for an old bridgeport you will
likely find something going for the price of a new 3/4 knee.
