littlemachineshop.com has replacement bellows for the mini mills
available for @ $5.95. They measure 12" long X 7.8" wide extended.
Don't know if this will help,maybe you can adapt for your needs.
Quite a nice place to deal with as I have dealt with them a few times
myself.
