Anyone ever hear of this guy?

I just bought some Erickson NMTB 30 holders from 'Armando Lizardi'
(Montebello, Ca) on E-Bay. He has no feedbacks and wants payment in
advance (not necessarily bad, but makes me a little leery). If
anyone has any info (good or bad) please answer me off list.
