cced_archive was Geatest hits

You are invited to join me in a new Yahoo group "cced_archive" the
mission of this group will be to collect and organize the best and the
brightest of the posts on cced. This project is just getting underway
so the methods are yet to be worked out. I invision people
contributing messages or message numbers from 62,000 odd cced
messages. These will then be organized in a number of topic folders in
the "files" of cced_archive. For example Don Rogers contributed a post
on grounding message number 62584. I saw it and thought it was usful
information and should be saved to a place where it could be found and
shared when the topic comes up again. So, I send a message to
cced_archive saying save #62584. Then the list owner, me, will put it
in a folder in the file section of cced_archive labeled wiring issues.
Now the person who is building a new machine can go to the archive and
review this and hopefully other messages on the topic. I believe that
the messages should be unedited in deference to the author. So where
is all that low fat prime rib.
