help with flashcut !

I have a flashcut cnc servo system on a sherline mill I have been
having problems with the machine. It keep giving servo errors when I
try to run a cut.I talked to the guys at flashcut and the sent me a
program called simple sequence along with a file which was supposed
to be the settings for my machine. When I tried to load the file I
got an error saying that the loaded modules did not match the
detected modules.
To make a long story short the ssq file that they sent was for a 4
axis machine and mine is 3 axis. Now they are saying that they did
not have a ssq file for a 3 axis machine and I would have to send it
back to them to be fixed.
I took the file that sent me and removed the lines from it that
relating to the 4th axis along with a print?? command and a wait
statment and now it will inatilize 2 of my 3 axis. But I cannot get
it to bring all 3 axis on line I am going to upload a copy of the
files that they sent me just in case there is someone out there that
may need them or for someon able to take a look at it and see if they
can see the problem.
