Sorry, I put the page together very quickly.
I "unwired" it again so I could clean up the cables and build a
control box. Once I get it all wired up again I will add the router
and a sacrificial MDF base. I get 150" per minute rapids. I used
3/4-6 acme screws and 300 ppr encoders. My motors are 115 volts, 1.1
amps. I am using 75 volt DC powersupply. The work envelope is 25" x
40" x 5". Most of the parts were salvaged from the dumpster where I
work (autoparts plant).
I will add a few more pictures when I get some more done. This is my
second machine I have built.
