Spindle speed control on servo/stepper axis output

Hello, all,

I have been working on getting the spindle speed output to work
on my PPMC and universal stepper cards. If anyone wants this, I have
some small software changes that I can send out.

On the PPMC, a spare DAC output can be used to output analog
spindle speed signals. You could feed this to a servo drive or a
VFD.

On the Universal Stepper Controller, a spare step output can be set up
to generate a PWM signal. It has constant pulse width, but the
frequency of pulses is proportional to speed. With the addition of only
a resistor and capacitor, you can turn this into a 0 - 5 V signal to feed to
a VFD.

(I'm working on an analog output that doesn't steal a stepper channel,
but that will involve adding another small board to the option connector
on the USC card.)
