Anyone who knows: Is there (yet) an "industry standard" specifying
which bits of the parallel (printer-) port are for STEP X, DIR X,
STEP Y, DIR Y, STEP Z, DIR Z, SPINDLE ON/OFF, WHATEVER? Thanks!
