Hi Alan,
Thanks for replying to my message.
The SI-7300a in the HP LJ2 is conatined within a
module that plugs into a main board. Unfortunately I
have been unable to get the data for this chip as its
probably obsolete now so I can not track the leads
thru to see where they go.
The Fujitsu printer has several surface mount ICs on
satellite board connected to the main board which I am
unable to identify.
Both driver boards to these units contain the ICs I
listed as well as power supplies but both are switch
mode and I am reluctant to fiddle with these as they
would be at line potential. I would prefer to be able
to isolate the PS from the drivers for safe operation.
