I too saved the chips as it appears the two driver boards from the
printer are ready to go ! just hack step and direction and power and
you're off to the races.
One board is all driver chip with a couple (3) ribbon connectors, but
there are only 7 lines to the 24M side of the board. plus the 6 out
for the uni-polar motor, and 4 in that I think are end switches.
so, 2 for power, 2 for step and direction, that leaves 3 unknowns.
me, I wanna figure out how to use the LCD, that is a nice unit as
well.
