I saw your post on the WinLine Drivers.

I have a Roland Sketchmate, which I would like to use for cutting vinyl.
I'm hoping to use it as part of my CNC system

I see from the Winline PDF file that the Roland SketchMate is supported as
a plotter. This unit is also a cutter.

Do you happen to know if the WinLine software supports this unit in cutting
mode?

There are 3rd party Windows drivers available or these plotters. For
example http://www.vellum.co.uk/download/winline_ds.pdf or try a Goggle
search.
