Specs on Shinano Stepper motor

I need some help identifying a driver board on a Shinano STH-56D218
stepper motor. While I can find information on the motor itself on
the Shinano page, I cannot find any information on the driver board
that is attached to the back end of it. It appears to me to be a
piggy-back driver board using 2 ST L6201 DMOS FULL BRIDGE DRIVERs

The motor is an 8 wire motor, the input connector on the board is a
20 pin connector.

These are new-in-box, the carton has a label:
DESC ASSY,MOTOR,DRIVE,X AXIS
22383-0118 /2
