An ingenious idea, really -- this should help to bring CNC to the
"masses." Will you offer completed systems, as well? Surely at least
*some* people would choose this option.

And all designed for specific conversions of specific machines? Nice!

Granted, it'd kinda' take the fun out of it for me, but then I'm not
your target customer.

One suggestion. .001 ballscrews, etc sounds like you're sparing almost
no expense. What about an inexpensive "starter" kit, since most people
buying Asian machinery are somewhat "budget conscious." Something like
an ACME screw kit that could easily be upgraded with your ballscrew kit
-- simply planning ahead could make this sort of "upgrade" quite a
simple proposition. Also, on your site, a free download of TurboCNC, so
people can play with the motors rather than buying Mach1, for example.

Give them a cheap option that can be upgraded later, and many people
would probably choose it -- means more profit for you, because when they
become hooked, they'll come back and buy a *second* kit! Especially if
you treat them right...a good example is, from everything 've heard,
Marriss from Gecko Drives.
