3.3v to 5v Parallel Port conversion

I'm interested in using a laptop with 3.3v parallel port output to drive a stepper driver expecting 5v (or at least > 3.3v) output. Are there any schematics around for such a conversion, or are there hidden dangers to such a strategy? I'm hoping I can pull up each pin to 5v, but I lack the electronic savvy to design such a circuit myself.
