Yes, that's exactly what happened. A friend of mine had a Kondia knee mill
with the Delta control and he had trouble with it forgetting its parameters
when it was powered off for a long time. We sent some boards back to Clausing
to be tested, but no luck. Now that he's used to the EMC, he likes it better
with the exception of missing the jog wheel. I've got the jog wheel hooked up
to the 4th axis on the STG card (and it counts up & down), but we need to
finish adding axis slaving to the EMC to make it work.
