Of course. You can get SOLID CARBIDE 2- and 4-flute end-mills (they cost
more than drill-bits!), and "rotary files" of various types, with diameters both
BELOW and ABOVE the 1/8" shank dia.

Look for suppliers of PCB drill-bits.
