6061-T6 vs 6063-T5

I'm unknowledgable on the differences. I have better access to the
6063-T5, would like to use it in lt 3' sections to hold dimensional
accuracy between drill rod for x and y axis. x aproximately 3 feet y
2 feet. Would like to machine with carbide tipped woodworking tools
(table saw, router). Will the 6063 do? Want to try to hold .008
or .005. Temperature variation less than 10 degrees, humidy more
variable. Light loading for cutting.
