Hi Kin,
Nice quick conversion. Doesn't matter if it's elegant as long as it
works. There's always time to "elegantize" it later.
In the photos on your web site it appears that you're milling with
the end mill chucked in a drill chuck. I don't know if that chuck is
attached with a screw or taper mounted. If it's taper mounted it
could come loose and take off across the room like a top out of
control. But this top has sharp cutting edges. Never mind how I
know that.... Also the jaws on the chuck won't grip a carbide end
mill as well as a HSS mill or drill bit.
