CNC tricks for milling Tslots ?

Are there any CNC tricks for milling TSlots ?

I was going to mill them in the conventional manner, ie mill a plain
slot to the depth of the T slot and then feed a T slot mill of the full
desired width into the slot. It seems slow, painful and brute
strength-ish. Is there a way to make it easier with a CNC
process/procedure ?
