to get transformer voltage, divide by 1.414, so you need a roughly
70 V AC winding for use with a bridge rectifier. You could also use
a 140 V center-tapped transformer with a 2-diode rectifier.

As for current, somewhere in the 10 - 15 A range should be fine for
a 3-axis system. The transformer can take a momentary overload
when several motors are accelerating at the same time. If this is for
commercial, 8 hours a day running, then maybe go for a little more
current on the transformer.
