Re: eBay item. Description is not truthful

Hi Hans, I sell a lot of collectible toy cars and trucks on eBay and
had this very thing happen to me. You have much more at stake than I
do since my stuff sells for small dollars. I went through the proper
paces and reported it to eBay and they did their job with great
results. The person that did this is up on fraud charges and looking
at doing some time. It is worth following through and to do what I
did and follow up with a phone call. eBay is a great company and
they don't want a bad rep. so they will do what it takes and they
have their own attorneys so it saves you bucks. I'm sorry to see
this happen to you and I hope you can get it resolved quickly.
