I'd seen your page before, as I remember the multiple O-ring drive, and
thought the whole listing a bit odd.
Not that Canada has a lock on ebay scams, but there has been a number of
people up there ripping off pictures from other auctions and web sites.
The zero feedback and his signing up just prior to listing are the main
clues. Keeping User ID private is another clue as it prevents alert
ebayers from warning bidders.
Do note that in and of itself, keeping bidders ID private does not
constitute evidence of fraud.

You really should report this person to ebay as this is certainly a
scan. I'll eat my shorts if that guy delivers the pictured mill to the
high bidder.

Heck, I'm reporting him myself right now!
